At TWG Northwich we are a loyal, focused bunch with customer satisfaction at the centre of everything we do. Our Aftersales manager, Les Randles has been with us for 31 years, and the rest of the Aftersales team can tot up nearly sixty years of serving our customers between them. Of our four workshop technicians, Mark, Lee, Dave and Tom, three have... been with us since they left school and their experience of working together to keep customers' cars on the road totals over 50 years. Our sales and sales support staff have a collective input of nearly 40 years. Brian Phillips, who owns TWG has been at the helm for 33 years in total and in recent years he's been supported by his daughters Deborah Nisbet and Gabrielle Williams.
