I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Board Certified TeleMental Health Counselor (BC-TMH). I am certified in hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, Parts & Memory Therapy and I am a master reiki practitioner. I utilize a holistic approach... in my therapy practice. I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Services Counseling and my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. I am the owner of True Self Wellness, my own private practice, and co-founder of The Healing Center, a boutique psychotherapy, reiki, meditation, and yoga center and counselor intern training site. I am a part-time instructor in the Counselor Education Department at UNLV, and have worked in both the non-profit and private practice settings. My areas of focus include working with adults who have gone through traumatic experiences, who have anxiety and/or depression and individuals who need guidance with life transitions. I have specialized training in treating addiction, complex trauma, and with inner child work. In my spare time, I volunteer as a teen and adult personal development life coach.
