Trojan Knights

The Trojan Knights are a spirit and service oriented brotherhood (similar to a fraternity but with distinct differences). We are the premiere spirit organization at the University of Southern California and we constitute one of the oldest traditions on campus. Founded in 1921 by Harry Pryor, Harry Kennedy, and Lindley Bothwell, the Knights are know... n as the Official Hosts of the University and are often called the Guardians of Tradition at USC. The Trojan Knights are very involved in (and sometimes directly responsible for) some of the greatest traditions that USC has to offer it's students. Through the development of philanthropic work, die-hard school spirit, and a tight knit and closely bonded brotherhood, the Trojan Knights seek to exemplify the five ideal attributes of a Trojan. Faithful, skillful, scholarly, courageous, and ambitious are engraved on the statue of our beloved Tommy Trojan (officially the Trojan Shrine) and are all adjectives often used to describe Trojan Knights. Few individuals are given the chance to be a part of the only organization devoted to a strong committment and love of USC. For those with Trojan pride truly in their hearts, there are few higher ambitions than becoming a Trojan Knight.
