We are also on the GSA schedule. TRCCS has been a partner with Compaq Corporation since 1994. As an author... ized warranty center for Compaq we were required to employ Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers and Accredited Network Engineers with the latest certification being Windows XP. Being an authorized service provider for both Compaq and Hewlett Packard facilitated the merger of Compaq/Hewlett Packard for our company and provided added value to our customers with the combined support that we are now able to provide. Learning from this relationship, TRCCS through the years has expanded its relationship to other manufacturers such as Gateway, Dell, SonicWall, Tally, IBM, Lexmark Xerox AMP, Panduit, BICS, and WYSE. We've learned that servicing what we sell provides total cost of ownership to our customers by providing one single solution for their sales and service needs which is TRC Computer Services, Inc. TRCCS is also a Microsoft Certified Partner, which demonstrates our expertise and commitment to providing outstanding business solutions based on Microsoft products. TRCCS has serviced workstations, servers, laptops, and peripherals and all sizes of Novell and Microsoft LANs and WANs. Our engineers and technicians have the resources and experience necessary to assure you that any work TRCCS performs will be done right the first time. We are careful to follow industry standards, as well as our own strict standards of performance. In 1998, TRCCS moved into it's brand new 5,000 sq. ft. facility which housed the fifteen employees at that time.
