Topco was first established in 1981 by Mr. Chun-Chien Wang, the honorary chairman of the board, and the entrepreneurial team as "Topco Trading Co., Ltd.". The core business is to sell and distribute silicone products that are mainly manufactured by Shin-Etsu Silicone Taiwan and Japan. These products include silicone fluid, modified silicone fluids,... defoaming compound, release agent, silicone paint additive, silicone varnish, silicone PSA, silane coupling agent, silicone powder, antistatic agent, and various silicone rubber (RTV I, II) etc. Through market information exchange and collaboration with Shin-Etsu Silicone, we have broadened the application of silicone to more advanced development. Silicone's development is closely knit with human's daily lives including automobiles, textile, electronic communication, and high tech industries etc. Since the China market liberalization, we established Hong Kong T.T.C. Co., LTD., and Topco Trading (Shanghai Pu-Dong New Area) Co., LTD., Topco (Guangzhou) Trading Co., LTD. to expand aggressively and develop the greater China market from 1992. Including owning the high market share, we have also recruited outstanding human resources talents in China. We have provided the professional training in various aspects to solidify the company's competition and established concrete foundation.
