As President and CEO Jim is the driving force behind TheraSigmas success and is the primary designer and visionary for all our products. Jim has been in the electrotherapy industry over 10 years and has observed and studied the industry trends, acquisitions and constantly changing market conditions. Jim has been involved at practically every level... of the business, from new product concept sketches on Outback Steakhouse napkins to directing photo shoots for new product photos to crafting distribution agreements with dealers around the globe. Before entering the electrotherapy industry Jim started, ran and sold a custom door and molding company that provided materials to some of the finest custom homes in California. Jims manufacturing techniques revolutionized the door manufacturing industry and gave birth to an entirely new way of producing high quality custom doors. When Jim isnt dreaming up a new product or marketing strategy he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 beautiful granddaughters. Steve splits his time between software and process development for the various applications and systems used by TheraSigma and new product research and development. As the resident NetSuite administrator a large amount of Steves day is spent keeping the staff up and running and working on ways to customize the system to better fit our ever evolving business requirements. Steve is the lead engineer for TheraSigmas proprietary production management software, Manufacturing Studio which gives TheraSigma the edge when it comes to deeply integrated, small MOQ private label programs. Steve is cranky beyond his years but has been reported to be seen smiling when he thinks no one is around. Steve was a 3D animator and tools rigger in the game industry for 8 years before changing careers to join his Father Jim in the electrotherapy and pain management industry.
