About TheraPlay Junction
Cathy received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Widener University in Chester, PA. From 1998-2000, she worked in a variety of settings at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. She then worked with the New Bern CDSA from 2000-2005 followed by one year of service with Carteret County Schools. In 2006, God opened the path for Cathy to join with her partner Jessica Hartsell to start TheraPlay Junction. Cathy is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor and served as the Chair for the NCPTA Pediatric Special Interest Group from 2008-2012. She is happily married to her husband Kevin. Jessica is originally from Maryland. She moved to Wilmington for her undergraduate degree and received a Master of Science Degree in physical therapy from East Carolina University.
