Chef Gaurav Wadhwa is the Culinary Head and Co-Owner of THEOS- Patisserie Chocolatier, Global Culinaria and Café Lounge. Cooking as well as baking as a hobby was always a part of his life. It was in the year 2000 that he decided to make his hobby his Profession. Passed out from the Institute of Hotel management catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Delhi Pusa in 2003, he joined The Taj Group of Hotels as a Management Trainee during which he traveled to all the major Properties of the Group Including some of the best like The Taj mahal Mumbai, Lands End Mumbai, and off course Taj Exotica Goa and Taj palace Hotel Delhi. n 2005 Chef Wadhwa took the challenge of Heading the Bakery and Confectionery Dept at the Taj Connemara Chennai, during his tenure he transformed the Traditional working style of Bakery and Confectionery to a more contemporary, modern and stylish form.
