When the opportunity arose of taking onboard this fantastic pub, they thought the prospect of bringing life back to the pub was simply irresistible. Sam and Peds depth of experience and knowledge of managing high-quality operations across Cheshire and beyond is unsurpassed and widely acknowledged within the community for their passion for delivering a fantastic range of beers, spirits, and wines with a service philosophy that is based on our customers needs, remaining personal, and always inclusive. Sam and Peds working partnership is infectious to all, and Emily soon joined the duo to lead the front of house. Emily is a true local residing in Bunbury. Emily also has the unenviable responsibility of keeping Sam and Ped in order, so that they dont get too distracted by their other passion...motorsport. Head Chef Dan is the newest member of the kitchen team and has worked in hotel kitchens across Warwickshire and Cheshire.
