The Talk Shop

The Talk Shop is a group of dedicated Psychologists and Counsellors who aim to provide access to good quality Counselling and Psychology to everyone. We bulk bill all Medicare eligible daytime weekday appointments so there is no out of pocket cost to you. You can see one of our qualified psychologists and have Medicare pick up the bill, giving you... up to 10 free counselling sessions per calendar year. We have both male and female psychologists, with different backgrounds, experience and languages. We have both Clinical and Registered Psychologists, and all our Psychologists are registered with Medicare and AHPRA. All our psychologists are fluent in English, and we also have psychologists fluent in Greek, Indonesian, Sinhalese and Italian who are happy to speak with clients in those languages. We have clinics located in the Melbourne eastern suburbs of Kew and Wheelers Hill. Our Kew Office is located in the Kew Junction Tower, and is easily accessible from Abbotsford, Alphington, Balwyn, Balwyn North, Brunswick, Carlton, Canterbury, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Manningham, Northcote, Ivanhoe, Heidelboerg, Fairfield, Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Richmond and the CBD. Our Wheelers Hill Office is located in the Hallmarc Corporate Centre, and is easily accessible from Glen Waverley, Brandon Park, Mulgrave, Springvale, Scoresby, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, Noble Park, Mount Waverley, Notting Hill, Clayton, Knoxfield, Dandenong, Forest Hill and Blackburn. All daytime weekday appointments with a Mental Health Care Plan are bulk-billed through Medicare, leaving you with only the best mental health care, and no out-of-pocket costs. Simply remember to bring your Medicare Card and Mental Health Care Plan with you to your appointment.
