The Raleigh School

Since 1952, when The Raleigh School was founded as a parent cooperative, the school has relied on financial support and volunteerism from the company's community of families, faculty, staff, and grandparents. This tradition of giving has helped the school to further its mission "to foster a love of learning in an atmosphere of challenge, inquiry, a... nd respect." In support of this mission, the Development Office helps facilitate both annual and long-range fundraising for the school. Each year, the school asks for support of the company's Annual Fund. Additionally, the school holds The Raleigh School Carnival and Silent Auction each year, seeks donations in support of the company's annual Library Fund, and in 2010, established a general endowment to help ensure the company's school's financial future and may undertake capital campaigns to support larger needs. The contributions your family makes to these efforts are vital to The Raleigh School and the company's ability to provide the best education and school experience for all of the company's children.
