We invite you to meet them: Mike MacMillan Mike MacMillan brings over twenty years of coaching and player development experience to his position with The Hockey Development Company. Mike's high school hockey coaching career began in Menomonie, Wisconsin in 1982 while he was still playing at U.W. Stout. He then spent seven years in New Ulm, Minnesota as the assistant head coach prior to landing in Buffalo, Minnesota, where he has been the head high school coach since 1996. Mike serves the Minnesota High School Coaches Association as the Association Coaching Clinic Coordinator and the Section 6A/AA representative.
