Goodlife

The Goodlife Centre has been established as a place to develop healthy lives and not just healthy bodies. The Goodlife Centre is home to many different activities and resources a number of different groups from across the Sunshine Coast region. The Centre itself is comprised of a variety of rooms and recreational resources that facilitate and cater... to individuals, families, small groups, business groups, or large group events. We have four different rooms available that work for a variety of group sizes and needs. We have a boardroom, two seminar rooms that are combinable to house larger groups, and also a function room that can accommodate up to three hundred people. An onsite café is available, serving homemade meals and healthy snacks alongside specialty coffees and teas or cold drinks. This resource is also available for onsite catering to groups using the facility. A fully equipped gym with up to date, state of the art exercise equipment is available to participants who hold a current gym membership. We have an enclosed, heated swimming pool enabling year round use for conditioning, low impact exercise, classes, swimming lessons or just good old family fun. Two glass front squash courts are available for hire during centre hours but you will find that bookings are essential. Our sports stadium houses a full size basketball court or futsal court and is also dividable using a sports curtain to accommodate half court events including volleyball, badminton, basketball and smaller court games or practices. The stadium also converts to a venue that is home to the Goodlife Community Church and is host to some local and regional events and concerts.
