The company was founded on the principal of creating an improved quality of life for personnel who work offshore on barges, dive vessels, rigs and platforms along with those vessels that work inland. Encore has a true dedication to making life a positive experience for these personnel through a pr... ofessional attitude and an outstanding work performance. The employees of Encore Food services are gaining positive recognition on a daily basis. We believe this is occurring due to Encore implementing a new philosophy than any other catering company that services the Gulf. We have a genuine care and concern for all our personnel. Encore has several training and incentive programs our personnel are able to participate in that want to work and who are self motivated. Encore Food Services offers insurance benefits to all employees with the employer making 50 % of the contribution of their premiums. Encore has a quarterly safety incentive program to recognize employees who excel in a safe work performance and promote safety among other employees. Encore awards and recognizes an outstanding employee each month as employee of the month. We encourage positive performance through unexpected bonuses. From time to time the admin staff will show up at crew changes and offer small tokens of appreciation to employees who show up on time, in proper uniform, and have met all safety and performance guidelines. In addition Encore will soon offer a 401 K program for those employees who achieve a year of service with the company. Since the inception of Encore, the company has seen a steady growth where it has gained new clients while retaining the client base it started with.
