We would like to reassure our guests that every effort has been taken to ensure that the Cricketers, Duncton, is Covid-19 secure. We have carried out a thorough COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with our team to ensure that they are fully involved in its implementation. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in place, wh... ich are in line with government guidance and are being enforced by a strong leadership presence both front and back of house. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance within the pub, and where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk. We have removed tables to ensure safe social distancing, added extra sanitary measures, extra cleaning checks and have adequate signage to engage our guests and enable them to enjoy our facilities in a safe and relaxed manner. We already have an exemplary hygiene record, having held a 5-star hygiene rating since the Food Hygiene Ratings began in 2009. Our cleaning protocol in our letting rooms has been increased to ensure the highest levels of hygiene. We will be only taking bookings up to a maximum of 6 people per table and booking is highly recommended. We will be asking guests to remain at their tables as much as possible and children must remain with their families at all times, as well as dogs being kept on a lead.
