About The Crab Trap

The Crab Trap in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Fresh local seafood and incredible views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico... The Crab Trap is everything you came to the beach for! With 3 locations along the Florida panhandle, we have become a favorite destination and tradition for visitors and locals alike since the first restaurant opened in 1991 at James Lee Park in Destin. Our secret to fresh Gulf seafood is from our very own wild fish processing facility, known as the Seafood Commissary. Located at The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, the commissary is the hub for all locally-sourced seafood for the Crab Trap and their sister restaurants. With deliveries arriving daily straight from the harbor, each year the commissary prepares over 250,000 lbs of fresh-caught Gulf seafood such as shrimp, grouper, snapper, mahi-mahi, cobia, wahoo, and amberjack. The Crab Trap is fully committed to bringing only the freshest seafood directly from the Gulf to your table. Our vast menu also includes wild & sustaiRead more
