Our team is led by a mother and daughter, which offers a unique perspective. Alexis White was raised in Los Angeles and attended Marlborough School; she faced many of the same academic challenges that our students have to handle. Alexis started The A-List in 2003 after graduating cum laude from UCLA. Over the years, the company has grown to provide educational services in all capacities. Carolyn White joined The A-List in 2014 after 16 years as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Crossroads School in Santa Monica. She has interviewed and counseled hundreds of families applying for kindergarten through 12th grade, and finding the appropriate match between school and family is her primary goal.
