Texas Boys Ranch

The residential campus of Texas Boys Ranch is a working ranch of over 400 acres which houses boys and girls in small-group homes. The children live in four separate cottages with house parents who care for them and love them as if they were their own. At TBR we work diligently to ensure sibling groups are kept together during their stay at the ranc... h. Our Goal is to care for every child in a way that honors Jesus and shows each child the same love and care he would have shown. The Ranch has grown significantly over the years and now includes a variety of opportunities for the children. Texas Boys Ranch has cared for abused and neglected children for decades and one of the most beneficial ways we serve these children is through our foster and adoption services. Our first priority is to reunite children with healthy families of origin if possible, but when this is not an option, we turn to our foster network. The TBR Foster and Adoption Team works tirelessly to recruit and train families in Lubbock and around the South Plains to respond to the need for surrogate families for displaced children in our community. This is a huge undertaking and the sacrifices are real.
