During a Tech Wizards service call a polite, professional technician will first summarize the nature of the call, ask any needed questions and explain in general terms what he will be doing. He will also invite you watch every... step of the process and ask any questions you might have, and he will talk in plain English, not in "geek-speak". Or, if you prefer, he will begin the job and let you know when the work is finished, allowing you to tend to other matters while he services your computer. Either way, before leaving he will explain (in layman's terms) exactly what he did and he will answer any questions you might have about the work performed. We also offer remote desktop support, pickup/delivery, and drop-off in-shop service for those customers who would prefer that their service be performed in our repair shop.
