Located in Hartville, Ohio, the agency was established in September 2003 by founder Alycia Taylor. Alycia Taylor, President, holds a Master of Public Administration degree, a Mediation certificate, and a Green Belt in Six... Sigma. Taylor Consulting Services, LLC has over 40 years of experience working with schools, nonprofit agencies, and businesses providing resources and technical assistance. Our goal is to create high-performing environments where individuals flourish, are empowered and engaged, thereby eliminating barriers to success for all stakeholders. Our aim is to provide high quality professional development, provide data-driven reports for real-time continuous improvement, and provide strategies to foster change and success. Ultimately, Taylor Consulting Services, LLC focuses on creating sustainable solutions in order to foster growth in the surrounding communities. Since our beginning, we have provided compliance reviews, grant evaluations, grant writing, training, curriculum development, data collection, analysis, coaching, technical assistance and consultative services to our past and recent clients.
