My name is Gabrielle Vitrano. I am the Owner and Operator of Sweet Little Things Custom Cakes and Treats. My Company is a home run business based on Long Island. I specialize in special occasion cakes, decorated cookies and full dessert tables for any event. In 2013 I graduated high school, and went straight to culinary school to study Baking and P... astry Arts to pursue my passion for baking and cake decorating. During this time, I had the pleasure of studying Baking and Pastry Arts in Florence, Italy. Ive also Attended The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC for advance cake design. Throughout this experience I was lucky enough to study cake decorating with world renown cake artists Margaret Braun and Toba Garret. In 2014 I sold my first cake to a family friend and from then on I knew THIS is what I wanted to do for a living. After that, I continued taking orders from friends and family. By the next year business started to take off And thats when Sweet Little Things was born. As the years have gone on and I continued to grow Ive continued to study cake design and cookie decorating. It is an amazing feeling knowing something you created will make someones event, no matter how big or small that much extra special. It is my passion to create the centerpiece and WOW factor for your event. As my business has grown the demand for decorated cookies and dessert tables grew as well.
