SW-Wrap

SW-WRAP was founded in December 2007 (est. Feb 2008) after several months of town hall meetings and research with community stakeholders. These meetings we held to determine feasibility of, and establish a foundation for, a non-profit organization that could meet the needs of those in crisis. or transition, but were following through the cracks of... traditional social and human service programs. The resounding, vocal and shared concerns of the stakeholders, was the need for a central intake system that would serve as a no-wrong-door, one-stop-shop for people with any kind of need for basic social and human services. The result was the birth of Southwest Wyoming Recovery Access Program aka SW-WRAP. The SW-WRAP web site is a dynamic and comprehensive source of information on current programs and initiatives, and is a source of updated and pertinent information for those providing services, looking to collaborate with other providers, and for those seeking services.
