Saints Peter and Paul parish is located in northeast Tulsa, near the intersection of Pine and Sheridan. Masses are offered in English, Spanish, and in Latin using the Extraordinary Form of the liturgy, also known as the Traditional Latin Mass, or TLM. The parish also houses the diocesan shrine of St. Toribio Romo. There are no Masses on Mondays exc... ept Holy Days of Obligation. There are Masses at the Catholic Charities chapel, on Harvard just south of Apache, most weekdays at 11:30 a.m. followed by Eucharistic Adoration until 3 p.m.. Latin Masses in the Extraordinary Form are usually offered on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Please see the Catholic Charities chapel Mass schedule for details. Perpetual adoration began on March 13, 2016 in the new chapel. Anyone who would like to become a scheduled adorer should contact the office. As you may have heard in the Catholic or secular media, on Friday July 16, Pope Francis issued restrictions on the celebration of the Extraordinary Form of the Holy Mass, also known as the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM). On the same day, Bishop Konderla issed a memo in which he stated that he has begun prayerful study of the instructions from the Holy Father. Until he reaches a decision on how to implement the Holy Father's instructions, he is not directing any immediate changes to be made. Father Knipe has confirmed there will be no changes to the scheduled Masses at this time. Bishop Konderla requests that in we pray to the Blessed Mother under her title "Mother of the Church" for the Holy Father and for her intercession in the implementation of these changes.
