Strikes For Kids

Strikes For Kids is a nonprofit organization that partners more than 125 NFL players with benefiting youth organizations in communities across the United States. Strikes For Kids coordinates bowling and golf events that allows fans, families and local businesses an opportunity to come together to support a great cause. Proceeds from our events go t... o assisting youth enrichment organizations in the specific community in which events are held. Most recently we rolled out a new program "Strikes For Scholarships" this allows proceeds to go to assist local high school seniors in assisting them with paying for their first year of books for college. Requirements include a 3.0 GPA, 40+ hours of community service and participation in clubs or a sports for a minimum of two years. Our mission is to give children going through difficult situations a sense of hope and motivation. There is no better feeling than to be able to gather a group of friends, family and co-workers for an afternoon/evening of fun while giving back to their community. As we all know children idolize these athletes wearing their favorite players' jerseys and mimicking their signature celebrations. These fundraisers allow everyone involved with the cause an opportunity to meet, get an autograph and take a picture is an experience of a lifetime that they will forever cherish.
