The affiliate understands that Strategic Ecomm Inc. is a profit corporation which must work in a competitive environment and is entitled to limit reasonably an associates unfair competition following the end of the associates contract. As a result, the affiliate agrees as follows: Affiliate agrees that for a period of 60 months after resignation or... termination of the association with or without cause that he/she will not directly or indirectly solicit business from any client or customer of Strategic Ecomm Inc. and or Tech Career Professional Placement Services, whether potential or otherwise, with whom he/she had dealings during his/her sub contractual affiliation with Strategic Ecomm Inc. and or Tech Career Professional Placement Services. The affiliate agrees that for a period of 60 months after resignation or termination of the association with or without cause that he/she will not directly or indirectly entice, encourage or otherwise ask current Strategic Ecomm Inc. affiliates to leave their current affiliation to work with or for another business that competes with Strategic Ecomm Inc. and or Tech Career Professional Placement Services. Affiliate agrees that for a period of 60 months after resignation or termination of affiliation with or without cause that he/she will not be employed or associated with any competitive business or enterprise which has a former affiliate of Strategic Ecomm Inc. who is subject to a similar restriction which has not expired where he/she being so employed or affiliated with that person may cause substantial damage to the business interests of Strategic Ecomm Inc. Affiliate agrees that for a period of 60 months after resignation or termination of the affiliate with or without cause that he/she will not be employed or affiliated with any competitive business or enterprise which is in direct or indirect competition with Strategic Ecomm Inc.'s website enterprise's.
