Our aim is to empower and inspire people to change their minds, bodies and lives through delicious food - with the added fabulous bonus of helping the planet. Stirring Change teaches cutting edge and innovative m... ethods to creatively prepare, serve and preserve ingredients in their natural state as a viable alternative to processed foods - which are not only detrimental to our health, but are taking an increasing toll on our environment. The beautiful irony is that we're using fantasticnew technologyto accomplish a return to traditional ways of eating - something many of us have been yearning for, but until now haven't had the skill, time or means to achieve. Our bigger mission is to raise public awareness about the seemingly endless benefits of returning to more natural and traditional methods of food production and abandoning the industrial system. We promote other local businesses and individuals who are on the same page. Businesses who have integrity from the top and share our principles of organic, sustainable and ethically-raised and traded products. Businesses who are actively creating social change on some level. Lastly, we feel very strongly about endorsing businesses and brands that we believe adhere to these principles.
