Stephenson Consulting is a training and coaching company, focused on counseling businesses and individuals on achieving market success and improving leadership skills. Under Founder and CEO Mary George Stephenson's leadership, the company has established itself as a specialist in designing executive one-on-one coaching, facilitating leadership trai... ning, and strategic sessions for many of the nation's leading retailers as well as senior management executives in other sectors. Ms. Stephenson started the firm in 2007, to fill the void in group as well as one-on-one executive and team-building performance programs. She recognized that personnel growth required a more personalized, not cookie-cutter 21st century approach. She began by establishing custom, divisional programs for Macys Home Store, strategizing on driving productivity on a regional vs. national level. Hired by the new president of Ralph Lauren Retail, she continued to expand her services by designing a unique executive committee team-building program utilizing the private facilities of the "New York Stock Exchange. Her passion is bringing out the best in each person in each opportunity. Her other clients include Bloomingdale's and Victoria's Secret Beauty where she conducts Executive Coaching and Executive Team Building. Her programs concentrate on inter and intra personal relationships and how they affect business, as well as the individual. Beyond retail, and outside of the United States, Ms. Stephenson has worked designing and facilitating customer service incentive and training programs for El Pescador in Ambergris Caye, Belize.
