About Star
The companys mission was to seek opportunities to import and distribute products and/or services where a "reason for being exists in the marketplace". An opportunity in the Golf Car and Electric Vehicle segment was quickly identified with the birth of STAR EV. We knew there would be a strong future demand for electric golf cars and other vehicles based on the green movement and the aging Baby Boomer population. Since developing our first product STAR EV has been recognized by INC magazine and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce for rapid growth in 2004.
