Alongside the drinks, look for dishes executed by Ward and his team with a commitment to embracing hyper-seasonality, local farms, and the multicultural flavors of the New South. A complement to the food and beverage program, the restaurants interior design evokes a Southern, homey feel with exposed brick walls, tufted furniture, salon-style art, and the historic buildings original tin roof. Affectionately named as a nod to the strong-willed, Southern women Ward knows and loves including his wife and restaurant co-owner, Emily. As for the rest of the team, Ward has pulled in a talented crew of well-known names in the Atlanta culinary landscape, including General Manager/Sommelier Cate Hatch, AGM/Bar Manager Kevin Bragg, and Sous Chef Billy Cole. Due to limited space dictated by the need to safely distance our diners since the onset of Covid-19, Southern Belle has gone into a temporary hibernation for the colder months in order to make way for Georgia Boy tasting menu reservations, served in the charm of the Southern Belle dining room. At this time, no one is being served in the Georgia Boy dining room due to size constraints.
