With Soldier Delivery, I always know where I stand. Whether it is personal or work related, I know that I can talk to anyone from the COO all the way down to a fellow driver. They take pride in their diverse workforce, and anyone can climb that ladder if they work hard and want it bad enough. Their focus on safety is top notch. They care about thei... r drivers and want them going home safe each and every day, and it shows. Being a Veteran-owned company is a great thing too.But most of all I like that they practice what they preach. Meaning, they dont demand respect without giving any in return. Plan on being here until either I retire, or they kick me out. The reason I work for Soldier, and its a big one, is that they CARE about their employees. The fact that everyone above you was once doing the same job as you are makes it easy for people to relate to the challenges and respect your effort. I work for Soldier because I love incorporating the core values that I learned in the military into my career. I enjoy working for a company that believes in what I believe in. Working for Soldier Delivery is extremely awarding. They pay pretty good and they are flexible with your hours. As a Lead Driver, I try to inspire a team attitude and genuinely wanting our drivers to succeed not only as a team but as individuals also. The job can somewhat be challenging at times but you just have to have the will and the strength to over come all the obstacles that you face. Really cant see myself working for anyone else.
