Social Care Solutions provides supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and outreach services for children and adults of all ages in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Derbyshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire. We believe anything is possible when we... support you and our high quality care and support is designed to enable independence and make a positive difference to the life of everyone we work with. Our supported living services, which include both individual, one-bedroom flats and shared houses, can be accessed by anyone aged over 18 who has a learning disability or autistic spectrum condition or similar needs. Our outreach service is available to anyone, above the age of five years, who requires assistance at home. We provide both long-term support and short-term assistance, to enable carers and parents to take a break. Our flexible approach means that we can provide anything from an hour or two of support each week to up to 24 hours a day for our supported living and outreach service users. Whatever level of care we provide, the focus of our services is to promote the independence and rehabilitation of our service users and to maximise opportunities and quality of life.
