Headquartered in Acheson, Alberta, the organization operates one of the largest heav... y equipment distribution networks in Canada and maintains an operational presence across Canada, Alaska, and selected international markets. Since its establishment, the company has developed into a major industrial equipment solutions provider focused on supporting large-scale infrastructure, mining, forestry, construction, and resource development operations through equipment supply, lifecycle support services, advanced technologies, and integrated operational solutions. The organization was formed through the merger of three established Canadian equipment companies: Federal Equipment, Coneco Equipment, and Transwest Mining Systems. This consolidation brought together decades of industry experience, technical expertise, and regional operational networks under a unified enterprise structure. By combining capabilities across multiple heavy equipment sectors, the company created a large-scale equipment distribution platform capable of serving customers operating in highly demanding industrial environments. The merger also enabled the organization to strengthen its relationships with global equipment manufacturers while expanding service coverage across geographically diverse markets.Read More
