Over the last year, SLAED has undergone a fundamental review of all of its structures, activities and communications to help us increase the impact we have as a voice of local economic development services across Scotland, and to better support continuous improvement in the way we and our members deliver those services throughout 2015 and beyond. I... n February 2015 we adopted our new constitution and group structure. And our Executive, our Strategic Groups and our Thematic Groups have each reviewed their remits and work programmes. As the new structure and operations within SLAED become more established, you will see some changes being made to the way we engage with people and organisations to better represent the interests of our members and their customers.
