Skilling Australia aims to work with Australian youth from the ground up to develop a sustainable pathway for future generations to realize their full potential by offering them a hand up, not a handout. One of the main services Skilling Australia offers is work transition programs that assist young Australians with the skills they need to for toda... y's jobs and then assists them into real employment. It is these programs that provide participants with the knowledge, skills and self-belief to set and realize their personal and professional ambitions and gets their foot in the door with real employers. Tuition-fee relief for disadvantaged youth enrolled in apprenticeships and traineeships. Scholarships are available to fund short study trips and merit-based scholarships are offered to students demonstrating a high level of academic achievement and/or other outstanding abilities, leadership or contributions to the community through their chosen profession. The Skilling Australia Foundation is about providing disadvantaged young Australians with the confidence and competence to overcome what may otherwise be insurmountable barriers preventing them from realizing their true potential to connect with, work in and contribute to the broader community. This Skilling Australia Foundation works closely with its sister entity WPC Group to find real employment outcomes for Australia's youth.
