Debra Saldana Sharp is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PATH. While providing consulting and administrative services for qualified retirement plans to clients across Texas through her first company SCI, Inc., Debra identified a critical need among businesses to educate and empower both employers and employees to make informed decisions related to their retirement, employment transitions and other life events. In 2017, Debra launched PATH to provide personal one-on-one consultation to employees to help them understand their retirement investment options and execute transactions expediently when needed. Because PATH is an independent advisory firm, plan participants receive technical expertise with no undue investment influence. Debra continues to serve as the CEO of SCI, Inc. established in 1994. In November 2017, Debra was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve on the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
