He was fortunate to apprentice with his father on many projects. Landon has been licensed as an independent contractor in Tennessee, building custom homes for over 10 years. Landon met his wife, Kari, while living in Texas for a few years. Kari has worked for one of the largest builders in Texas on their custom build-on-your-lot program for several years across the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. Both Kari and Landon have backgrounds in real estate, as well. They have 2 children and live on a farm in the Taft area. is based out of Lincoln County, Tennessee.
