After observing current practices, SAGE will have an Exit Conference with key personnel to review findings and create a plan for training and implementing SAGE's recommendations for a more efficient or compliant system/process. SAGE will also follow up with monthly or quarterly maintenance visits to ensure continued, appropriate implementation of SAGE's recommendations is occurring. For facilities who purchase annual mock surveys along with routine follow-up visits, SAGE will provide 24/7 On-Call Services and On-Site Presence during a State Survey.
