RSG provides unarmed and armed security officers to handle a wide variety of assignments, to include mobile patrol. Our uniformed personnel can handle on-site security, manage traffic and parking needs, and screen the movement of people on and off your property. We serve industrial, commercial, retail, apartments, maritime, medical and hospitality... customers. We work with our clients to design security plans and procedures that are customized for their needs. We offer security for both long-term and short-term needs. All RSG security officers are put through an intense screening and hiring process. All officers must pass a stringent background check and drug testing, which are administered by third party service providers to help ensure employee integrity. All officers must meet current state requirements for training and licensing for the state that they will be working in. Prior to employment, all our officers must participate in a pre-employment orientation class. Finally, all RSG officers receive eight (8) hours of annual training a year.
