Pasta Regina LLC has been established in Al Quoz Industrial Area at the beginning of 2004. Pasta Regina LLC today is the largest manufacturer of deep frozen fresh homemade pasta in Middle East, currently supplying to all the best 5 star Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines and Catering companies. In our Company, our aim is to perpetuate the tradition of "... L 'arte della Pasta Fresca", in this light the best Italian chef are cooperating with us on the recepies. The finest ingredients are imported directly from Italy and are processed in our factory in Al Qouz using the state of the art machinery. Furthermore we extrude the pasta using only bronze die like in the old tradition, the result is that the pasta get the necessary roughness to hold any sauce perfectly. We pay the maximum attention to the quality of our productions, starting with the raw material, infact the Durum Wheat Semolina and the flour 00 are imported directly from Italy whilst the fresh pasteurized eggs and certified purified water are being delivered to our factory on daily basis. Our Homemade Pasta is individually quick frozen giving it many advantages: It is the only method of conservation that allows no need for preservatives. The taste aroma and colour remain intact and do not alter for the entire shelf life of the products. The cooking time is very quick, from 1 to 5 minutes.
