Raseel is a Customer Oriented Courier offering Same Day Delivery Service with a main focus on enhancing your Customers’ Experience. Our story began in 2012 when we started Zaagel, a crowd shipping platform that links travelers with shoppers. We spent years shipping packages to our customers using well-known shipping companies in Egypt. We've tried... so many Couriers and it was always challenging to find the right one to work with. Some of the issues we used to face and we are sure that some of you still face the same issues with the current shipping companies in Egypt were as follows: Time: Some shipping companies did not stick to the timings they had mentioned specially in occasions when they had high traffic. We had to apologize to our customers in so many occasions for the latency of our couriers. Integrity: Some shipping companies lied about reaching our customers. They claimed that they could not reach the customer while their delivery men did not even try. Convenience: There was no convenient way to place, manage, and track our orders. In addition, every time our customers wanted to change their delivery addresses after we've sent their packages, it took long time and procedure to handle that change with the courier companies. Professionalism: As a customer-oriented company, we were always keen on choosing a courier company whose staff can handle our customers in a professional way and present a good image about our company. This was very difficult to find in most of the time. Price: The shipping price got more and more expensive with time. We had to increase our shipping prices several times and we kept looking for cheaper services that can offer a good quality.
