Raptor Consulting, Inc. was founded with the promise of providing professional, high-quality well site geology and geosteering throughout the Appalachian and Illinois basins. The company's current focus has been supporting drilling operations in the Marcellus Shale, Utica/Point Pleasant, Burkett/Geneseo, Bradford Sandstone, New Albany Shale, Warsaw... , and Cypress Sandstone formations. Raptor Consulting tailors to a wide-variety of service needs, including well site geology, onsite and remote geosteering, gas detection, and geologic well evaluations. Raptor Consulting, Inc founder Robert McCue has over 8 years of geology consulting experience. Robert, better known as "Bo" McCue, was raised throughout the southern United States. In 2006, Bo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western Kentucky University. Shortly after graduating, Bo began his career in the oil and gas industry, working for Heartland Resources, a small oil and gas operator in Bowling Green, Kentucky. In September 2007, Bo began working as an independent geology consultant for Sunburst Consulting out of Billings, Montana. In April of 2009, Bo opened an office for Sunburst Consulting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and by 2015 was the Executive Vice President of Eastern Operations.
