Wide screen or standard square screen televisions make no difference to us, our goal to to get your television working again while giving excellent support and customer service. Since 1987, Rapid Electronic Repairs has provided excellent repair and customer service to those needing repair of their televisions, VCR's, DVD players or other devices connected to your television. We repair other types of consumer electronic appliances. Located near the base of the runway at Dobbins Air Force Base, on Cobb Parkway, we offer estimates of repair costs and provide in-home or office repair service for your television, electronic appliance or computer. Our technicians are trained to provide a high level of customer service. This includes being courteous, responsive to your questions and concerns, and speaking in a language that you can understand. Our prices are based on a fair market value to cover the cost of operating the shop including paying for certification training. And yet, you will see that our prices are very competitive for the area. Most repairs are completed the same day after you give the approval to proceed with the work. In the event that this is impossible due to the need to order parts or other reasons, you will be promptly notified.
