Quadro Communications

Were Local, Just Like You Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc., was established in Nov 1924, after converting from the Blanshard Municipal Telephone System (established in 1924). Originally the company's service area was limited to the exchanges of Granton, Kirkton, Sebringville and Uniondale. In recent years, the Canadian Radio-Television Commi... ssion (CRTC) has approved the company's expansion into neighbouring communities like Lucan, Mitchell and St. Marys. Quadro is one of several independent telecom companies in Southwestern Ontario. A Co-operative is a different business model. Co-ops are democratic member-owned organizations that are responsible to their members, not external shareholders. While co-ops provide value to their members, a co-ops primary responsibility, is to meet their members needs. The company offers each customer a member share - one member, one vote. Power is shared equally among all members, rather than concentrated in the hands of a few. Members elect the Board of Directors and when necessary, vote on specific issues. Quadro is a full-service telecom that offers voice (phone and mobility - through Canadas Largest LTE network); high speed internet (incl. Fibre); digital cable TV and Computer Repair and I.T Solutions to both residential and business customers. Why others have chosen Quadro; the company makes every effort to greet you with a friendly, live local voice on each call, the company offers special features, like the Quadro Smarthub app, that allows customers to oversee their account, from any device or place, securely and Quadro is one of a very few Canadian Telecommunications providers that is Gig Certified by the NTCA (The Rural Broadband Association) and a NTCA Smart Rural Community recognized business in 2017.
