In view of the COVID-19 outbreak we would like to share some helpful information with you on how to manage this constantly evolving situation. If you are feeling ill, please stay home and call your doctor if you have symptoms including but not limi... ted to coughing, shortness of breath, fever, or sore throat. Individuals with weakened immune systems (chronic lung disease, heart disease, cancer, or diabetes) are more susceptible to the virus. Symptoms can vary from very mild to severe, so we advise that you see your doctor sooner than later. In the event that you or a family member becomes sick please notify the staff manager IMMEDIATELY. Based on the symptoms of your illness, a doctors note is required in order to return to work. If you believe you have the symptoms related to COVID-19 please reach out to the staff manager. You may also contact the office manager or Human Resources on the office line (908) 364-6404, for further support and assistance. PREVENTION : Here are some recommendations in accordance with the CDC guidelines to help you and your family avoid contamination. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Rub hands vigorously for at least 20 seconds. Remember to scrub between fingers, under nails, and the back If you cannot get to a water source, you can use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow when coughing or sneezing. DO NOT touch your eyes, nose, or mouth especially if your hands are not clean. Reduce or avoid overcrowded areas especially when commuting to and from work. DO NOT share food or utensils. When traveling keep windows open to increase ventilation.
