After a few years in journalism, he became immersed in the printing industry. Adept at client relations, Mason works with the client to give them their options, keeps them informed of progress, and ensures client deadlines are always met, if not surpassed! With over 20 years experience, Mason has overseen the transition of Print City from specialist Offset print company, to a business more focused on clients need, covering both Offset and a range of Digital Options. From quote inception to final delivery, Mason follows the job through to ensure the client can display their printed product with pride. After working for a few smaller print related companies, Grant joined the Print City staff in 2001. He is the expert file fixer from a problematic Powerpoint file, to issues with Illustrator transparencies, Grant takes great delight in finding the problem, fixing the issue and preparing the file for print.
