The production facility offers high volume forty (40) inch printing, with Aqueous or UV coating, precise and state-of-Art Bindery operations including the most current Bobst Die Cutters and Folder-Gluers. Additionally Ever Reddy Packaging is equipped with three (3) MBO Folders, two (2) Guillotines, two (2) Stitchers and one (1) round cornering machine. Since Ever Reddy Packaging has multiple presses and bindery units our capacity level is never an issue. We have the capability to run from the smallest to the largest of order sizes, fulfilling national requirements for many of the companies in the entertainment industry. We are equipped with proprietary pick and place tray and card application machinery, a process where plastic digi-trays are precisely placed onto board packaging thus creating a multitude of formats for CD and DVD digi-packs. Our ability to turn-over material orders is unprecedented, due to exclusive rotary placing technology which registers the tray with astonishing precision.
