Purchasing unique equipment and training tools that can't be found at nearly any other gym in the country in addition to having the areas only indoor/outdoor training set-up was a quick and relatively easy process. Getting elite level coaches with the background, education, and ability to communicate their knowledge effectively was more challenging... . After 9 years in the field, I feel our staff can rival almost any facility in the country - just like our equipment and facility. Our results have been a direct reflection of the quality of coaching we have. We don't just pick and choose elite athletes to train. We choose to DEVELOP them. Here is a glimpse of some highlights from our instructor's bios. *We have 4 CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches from the NSCA) and 1 ISSA certified coach. *We have 4 full time former professional players on staff for baseball instruction. *We have 2 former Major League players available for lessons/consultations part time. *We have 3 former professional pitchers who officially threw 90 mph + in games. *We have 3 instructors with college coaching backgrounds and one who coaches Team USA - women's program. *We have two MLB scouts on staff. *Together we have worked with thousands of athletes. We have developed 8 professional baseball players, one NFL signee, and worked with countless others. We have developed 13 All-Americans at the high school and collegiate level in 4 different sports. We have sent close to 150 athletes on to play collegiate athletics, with numerous players earning scholarships to top 25 Division I programs. When athletes walk into our facility they can rest assured we have the experience and expertise to help them meet their goals.
