Instruction: Our instructors are trained and certified through Stott Pilates, an industry leader in education and training, and Pilates Academy International in New York City. Each program requires over 500 hours of instruction, practice teaching and observation prior to becoming a fully certified instructor, so you can be assured at Pilates on Hudson you are getting the highest quality instruction available. Coming from a variety of backgrounds, all trainers bring something unique to their sessions, whether it is the specicifity of movement that owner Marilyn Miller learned from decades as a professional ballet dancer, or the passion for yoga that Janice Livingston has.
