Hansen, owner and senior instructor, has a 25 year background as a professional dancer and choreographer trained in ballet, modern, jazz, musical theater and hip hop. She performed in a variety of musical theater and modern dance productions in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle, toured with Synapse Dance Company in England and France, and most recently taught hip hop dance to teens in Leipzig, Germany. Jennifer's love for dance and fitness motivated her to develop an after school dance enrichment program (Dancing Feet Productions) for children and teens in private and public schools throughout the greater Los Angeles and Seattle areas that operated successfully for 12 years. Jennifer received her pilates training and certification in the STOTT PILATES method and has since gone on to teach at Pacific Northwest Ballet, Westlake Dance Center, Reflexion Pilates, Allstar Fitness, Hiawatha Community Center and Conscious Body Pilates.
