Phase 2 Electric, Inc. was formed on January 17, 2002 by Belinda and Michael Money in Pasco, Washington. P2E is a union electrical contractor providing service, maintenance and electrical installations for new and remodel commercial, industrial and municipal projects in SE Washington and NE Oregon. Over the years P2E has provided electrical install... ations for schools, office buildings, data centers, stores, restaurants, process plants, treatment plants, wine facilities, irrigation systems, street lighting, utility infrastructures and traffic signals as well as design build electrical projects. Belinda holds the title of business and office manager and Michael is the general operations manager. Previously Belinda has worked in many area business offices dating back to her days in High School in 1976. She started her career in the Hanford area and later moved on to work in the offices of several area electrical contractors, eventually earning the title of office manager and holding that position up until the end of December in 2001. Michael has been in the electrical industry in this area dating back to his days in High School in 1975. Starting as a shop boy, and later graduating from the local #112 apprenticeship, he worked as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman and general foreman for various area electrical contractors until forming his first electrical contracting business in 1998. Michael worked there as the administrator and commercial division manager until having his shares purchased at the end of December in 2001. P2E employs an outstanding group of core employees from project managers, site superintendents, and office staff to field foremen, journeymen, and apprentices. Several P2E employees have worked for Michael and Belinda 20 plus years dating back to the beginning of their previous business.
